Dan Galvin has owned ad agencies, production houses, and content companies for many years. He provides content strategy, creative development and distribution for clients ranging from global corporations to the mom-and-pop store down the street. Dan’s company, Content-1, is a full-service digital advertising agency focused on the use of content to attract, engage and grow audiences for clients.
Dan grew-up in a small-town movie theater his family owned giving him an early interest in design, editing, and visual storytelling. Dan began his career as an art director and later creative director. As opportunities arose in video he expanded into audio and video as a writer/producer/director creating TV and radio spots, corporate video, museum installations, and live events. Dan has owned creative companies from the early age of 27. As most owners do, he has deep roots in new business development, marketing, and complex project management.
When he’s not cranking-out creative content or tracking-down the next great client relationship, Dan can be found binging the latest Netflix series, painting and sculpting, or hanging out at a music festival with Sara, his partner in crime and wife of 32 years.
